FOUNDER AND CEO OF HUSTLE HUNTERS + MOM TO IZZY
In her early-stage startup sales career, she closed over $1.75M in business
with over 120 customers. At the peak of her career, she had her daughter Izzy
and found that the workplace was not built for her anymore. So, she looked
for a new role and found an amazing part-time job at Milk Stork where she
worked closely with the CEO and Co-Founder and learnt how to build a
startup environment that does big industrydisrupting work, while also
supporting a traditionally marginalized employee group of caregivers.
Nikki also learnt that companies are bending over backwards to attract/
support/ retain women, but often do it completely wrong which is why she
started Hustle Hunters.

How to acquire the best talent as an early-stage startup
Why early-stage startups are the best workplace for historically excluded candidates
Why early-stage startups are the best workplace if you are looking for a great work-life balance
MY MISSION
Startups are the future of innovation. And if we continue with the
status quo - these innovations won't be for my daughter, won't be for
families of color, but instead centering the existing cis, white, straight,
male needs.
At Hustle Hunters, we are committed to building authentic trust
across historically excluded candidate groups to invite them into
conversations with companies that are doing the work to help a
diverse set of candidates thrive.
