I continue to produce weekly podcasts and mominars (YouTube videos) and I am currently developing a course on how to develop
personal responsibility and mindfulness. When we have tools to help control our emotions and to reset when we feel overwhelmed, that can
help us improve our approach to all areas of our life.

Maneuvering through adulthood with little to no tools or experience can be scary, overwhelming, and intimidating. We have all gone through
it. My goal is to provide information, instruction, and a whole lot of encouragement to the "newbies" about adulting and basic life skills.
My goal is to help take the fear out of adulting.
